(PRM) is a team of roofing professionals
dedicated to providing building owners and
property managers consulting services designed
to meet individual needs. PRM began in 1991 as
Lawrence Roof Consultants (LRC) and in 2003
changed the name to better reflect the wider
range of services offered.
For over fifteen
years we have been providing our clients with a
complete line of consulting and management
services. Our clients are architects, engineers,
commercial and industrial building owners,
schools, colleges and universities on a local
and national level.
Services range from basic
surveys and inspections to designing and
implementing long term roof management programs.
Our goal is to deliver the highest quality of
service at an affordable price.
The PRM team has held positions in management
with Americas largest commercial roofing
contractors and with some of our industries
highly respected roofing material manufacturers.
